1. Warranty Coverage
InsGlo devices purchased directly from authorized retailers or insglonow.com come with a 1-year limited warranty, effective from the date of initial purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damages caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or repairs outside of the printed instructions. Any disassembly of the device will void the warranty.
2. Unauthorized Sellers
Purchasing InsGlo from unauthorized sellers risks receiving counterfeit or defective products that may not meet our quality standards. We assume no responsibility for items bought outside authorized channels, and such purchases will not be eligible for warranty coverage or customer support.
3. Unauthorized Consumables
Using non-InsGlo approved consumables can damage the device, void the warranty, and impact performance. Always use official InsGlo consumables to maintain warranty protection and ensure the best results.
4. Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact InsGlo Customer Support at support@insglonow.com with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant images or videos. We aim to respond within 24 hours and will guide you through the process.
5. InsCare™ Replacement Service and Warranty Extension
With our InsCare™ Replacement Service, customers under warranty can replace their device with a unit that has a new treatment head. This service also extends the warranty by six months from the replacement date.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For any warranty claims, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the device to us for inspection and repair. If the device is deemed to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the repaired or replacement device back to you. If the damage is due to misuse or other issues not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping and any additional repair costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
InsGlo's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective devices under warranty. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use or profits.
8. International Relocation
The warranty and customer service are currently available in regions where InsGlo products are sold. If relocating outside these regions, warranty coverage may not apply.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the country where the device was purchased. In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
