How often should I use InsGlo?

Each InsGlo session lasts about 5 to 15 minutes, resembling a muscle training exercise. You can choose to have a longer session or split your usage into multiple shorter ones throughout the day. We recommend either a single 15-minute session daily or breaking it down into 3 to 4 mini sessions. There's no need to use it for more than 15 minutes in total each day.

How should I prepare my skin before using InsGlo?

To prepare your skin before using InsGlo, you have two options:

  1. Without Gel: You can use InsGlo directly on your skin without any gel. In this case, you might want to use highest settings to achieve visible results.
  2. With Conditioning Gel: For enhanced performance, you can apply InsGlo conditioning gel before use. Start with the lowest settings to gauge your comfort level, as the gel will absorb into your skin, eliminating the need for rinsing afterward. However, washing your face after use is also acceptable.

What should I do if the gel dries out too quickly during use?

InsGlo is designed for short sessions, and the InsGlo skin conditioning gel is formulated to be absorbed within 5 to 10 minutes. If the gel dries out too quickly, simply mist your face with water before applying the gel to help maintain moisture throughout the treatment.

Can I use InsGlo alongside other skincare treatments?

Yes, you can apply moisturizers or serums after using InsGlo. However, if you're considering using other skincare devices in conjunction with InsGlo, we recommend consulting our customer service for guidance on combining treatments. InsGlo offers comprehensive benefits on its own, so additional devices may not be necessary. Also, always start with the lowest settings to ensure comfort and effectiveness.

Is it safe to use InsGlo in conjunction with professional treatments like Botox or fillers?

Can I clean my InsGlo device by rinsing it under water?

No, do not rinse your InsGlo device under water or submerge it, as it is not waterproof. Cleaning it in this manner could damage the internal components.

Can I use other gels with InsGlo?

InsGlo can be used without gel; however, we recommend using InsGlo’s skin conditioning gel for optimal performance. While other gels can be used, their effectiveness may vary. For the best results, you can either apply InsGlo directly or use the designated InsGlo gel.

Is it okay to leave my InsGlo device on the charger?

While InsGlo is equipped with an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) to prevent overcharging, it’s still recommended to remove the device from the charger once fully charged to maximize long-term battery health.

Are there any potential side effects?

Some users may experience mild redness after treatment, which usually fades shortly. If the redness lingers or other side effects occur, stop using the device and consult a healthcare professional.

Troubleshooting

My device shuts down during use—is this normal?

Yes, the device is programmed to automatically shut down after a 15-minute session. It is not recommended to use InsGlo for extended periods in a single session to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Why does my InsGlo emit a series of short beeps?

Three short beeps in a row indicate a low battery and that the device needs to be recharged. Other beep patterns may signal different error codes. Try turning the device off and back on to see if the beeps persist. Be sure to check the LED indicator lights along with the beeps, and refer to the error codes in the user manual for more information.

Why doesn’t my InsGlo device feel very hot during use?

InsGlo’s effectiveness isn’t dependent on surface heat alone. While you may feel some warmth, the RF energy works by penetrating deep into the skin, stimulating collagen production without needing to generate excessive heat on the surface.

Can I still use InsGlo when the battery is low?

No, the device will emit three beeps and will not turn on if the battery is low. This is to protect the battery's health.
