Collection: Return and Refund

Thank you for your interest in InsGlo devices! We strive to provide our customers with the best experience possible. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to assist you with the return process. Please review our return and refund policies and guidelines below:

Cancellations

We process purchase orders in real-time to ensure you receive your InsGlo devices as quickly as possible. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are not possible. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise and you need to return your purchase, please contact InsGlo Customer Service at support@insglo.com for return instructions. Our team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that if you request a refund after the order has been shipped, a $20 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Orders cannot be canceled more than 28 days after they have been shipped.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your InsGlo device purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for a refund.

The InsGlo device must be returned in its original packaging with all items undamaged. Please note that international returns are not supported for InsGlo devices, even if requested within 7 days of receipt. Our return service is currently available exclusively for U.S. regions.

If your InsGlo order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please collect the package first. Then, contact InsGlo Support at support@insglo.com for return instructions. A double shipping fee may be deducted from your original payment if you refuse delivery of the InsGlo device. A shipping and handling fee of $20 will apply to all returns.

For hygiene reasons, opened gels cannot be returned. Please ensure you're certain before opening these products.

Return Procedure

If you purchased an InsGlo device and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

  1. Email InsGlo Customer Service at support@insglo.com to request a return shipping label.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with a USPS® Return Label.
  3. Carefully package all components/products from your original order in a shipping box and affix the shipping label to the box.

Please note that InsGlo LLC cannot accept returns for products purchased at third-party retailers. If you purchased your InsGlo device from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization, and your returned product must have a return label created. Returns without an assigned return label will be rejected.

To avoid damage during shipping, ensure that the product is carefully packaged in its original materials. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of InsGlo LLC.

Refund

Once we receive your returned product, we will initiate the refund process within 14 business days. We collect returning shipments every Friday and conduct inspections on Monday and Tuesday. Upon completion of the inspection, we will issue your refund within the next 48 hours. The entire refund process can take up to 14 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund is processed. If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at support@insglo.com.
